Aurelian MedSpa is a physician-led aesthetic practice located at 4545 E 9th Ave, Suite 370, and we've spent a lot of time thinking about what a great medspa experience actually looks like. Who We Are
Aurelian Medspa was founded on a simple but meaningful premise: that great aesthetic medicine belongs at the intersection of clinical expertise and genuine artistry. Too many med spas are either over-medicalized and cold, or aesthetically focused but light on real medical oversight. We've tried to build something that doesn't force you to choose between the two.
Our two providers, Dr. Emily Aaron and Dr. Connie Desarden, are both board-certified internal medicine physicians. They didn't come to aesthetics from a cosmetology background or through a weekend certification course. They came from medicine first, and brought that standard of care with them into everything we do here. That distinction matters. When you're trusting someone to work on your skin (especially with energy-based devices, injectables, or laser treatments) having a real physician in the room, actively involved in your care, is a different experience than being seen by a technician with a physician somewhere on the premises.
Our philosophy is simple: listen first, treat second. Every new client begins with a free, no-pressure consultation where we take the time to understand your skin, your history, your concerns, and your goals before we recommend a single thing.

Suite 370 is on the second floor of 4545 E 9th Ave, street parking is readily available along 9th Avenue, and the building has elevator access for anyone who needs it.
If you're commuting from the Denver Tech Center, Cherry Creek, or the Aurora corridor, we're an easy straight shot with no highway required.
